Meet Lucia! Lucia is a dedicated second-year student at Ohio State University, where she is pursuing a degree in chemical engineering. She has been volunteering with WOW since her Freshman year at OSU, joining Fall semester 2024. 

What is your favorite part of WOW? 

My favorite part of WOW is the opportunity to give back to the community, especially by helping students gain early exposure to STEM in a fun and engaging way. I love seeing the excitement and smiles on their faces as they explore the various topics the program offers.

What’s your favorite Ohio State memory or experience?  

I have many favorite Ohio State memories, but my favorite has been getting involved on campus. Through various clubs and organizations, I’ve found a strong sense of belonging and community. One organization that truly feels like a home away from home is Alpha Psi Lambda, where I’ve built everlasting friendships and a campus family.
