WOW Spotlight: Lilly Grabowski
Meet Lilly Grabowski! Lilly is a second year student at OSU majoring in Health Science with a minor in Biology on the pre-medicine track. After graduation she will be applying to medical schools in the summer of 2025 with the goal of attending an MD program in the fall of 2026. Lilly started her WOW career in August of Autumn 2023 semester.
What is your favorite part of WOW?
My favorite part of WOW is the opportunity to impact children in a school setting by bringing them science experiments they would not otherwise see. Witnessing their excitement and curiosity when we engage with them is truly rewarding. Being able to spark their interest in science and education is a wonderful feeling.
How has WOW impacted your undergrad experience?
WOW has had a profound impact on my undergraduate experience. It has allowed me to look beyond my immediate community and into the Columbus community as a whole. Through this program, I have become a better mentor and role model for these children. The skills and experiences I've gained through WOW will undoubtedly stay with me as I move into my career. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in these children's lives and carry this passion for education forward.
